Future at IOL

If you are a visible minority + experienced hire then your future at IOL is bleak and you need to look for something else because chances are you are going to be laid off.

Good luck with the below comment. The snake managers will just move it up the chain and use it in a way to make you look like you’re in the wrong. There’s no trust within any management ranks.

The way to help is by taking to your manager, if you’re still employed, and let them know what you observe. Tell them that minorities appear to be a target in the separations. If we all bring this up, there might be some action. If you talk to them and they give you the “they were separated because they do not fit with the ExxonMobil culture or that their skills don’t match with the long term plan for EM” answer, challenge them and tell them that it sounds more like if you’re a minority you automatically don’t fit the white male culture?

Someone needs to report this to the media. Let’s put this company on blast. It is becoming abundantly clear who the targets have been already and this needs to stop.

Any visible minority has a target. Not just experienced hires.
