If you’re s-xually harassed at Mattel don’t post it here. They now keep taking down any mention of it. Bash M-Go, RD, and the rest of their cronies all you want. EVERYONE knows who you’re talking about when you’re posting about them here, so it can’t be because you’re targeting specific individuals. Doesn’t matter. Say the most vile sh*t you want about them. All are fair game! But mention what’s going on that affects women in the workforce on a daily basis, here and worldwide, and it’s pulled within days. Second time now in a week. Let the predators here at Mattel have free reign....they’re the Teflon Dons of the toy industry. These perps keep their positions here unfettered. Bravo HR!! 👏 👏

Last comment sounds reasonable enough, although the Mattel related string of comments here going back months and years is rife with personal insults, snide references to one’s s-xuality, lack of intelligence, and a multitude of other derogatory or defaming comments. I guess you are fair game if you are way at the top of the totem pole here. As for the predatory practices and harassment by those who are just below them, SVPs and the like, have at it. And if you’re a victim that goes to HR in protest, prepare to be let go down the road for some alleged reason or excuse, as was stated in the now deleted, quoted past comments on this post. At least the website left this post partially intact, minus those recently deleted comments alluding to certain possible SVP harassers here. So keep your mouth’s shut if you are harassed, ladies, and be prepared to be shown the door if you go to HR in protest.
Now everybody go back to ripping CS, M-Go, RD, etc. new a*holes! Woohoo!! And if someone grabs your as in an elevator or hall, just remember there entitled to here.....“Power and status bring privilege at MattHell”
First of all, I don't see a way for HR to remove post from here, unless they own this site, which is highly unlikely, judging by the number of different forums here, one for each major company.
On the other hand, site admins do nuke posts, if the post violates one of the site rules. Can find their rules in the footer. In short, slander and personal insults are not allowed here, and they also don't allow any personally identifiable data (so that includes not just names, but can be applied to initials as well, if that info clearly points out to a specific person). My 2 cents, the rule doesn't apply to mentioning names or initials of C-suits, as they are already public figures, but if a post also violates one of their other rules, it will get nuked.
*should NOT be a problem
Tbh, if someone is harassing you at work this isn't probably the best place to address the issue. You should probably bring it up with someone in HR, use your cell phone to secretly record the conversation if you're concerned it might lead to retribution. In the current #metoo culture you probably will be taken seriously.
If anything, posts are probably being removed for being to vague, if your going to post here at least give specific details, names, dates, transgressions so HR can investigate. Surely they wouldn't be so brazen to have such a post deleted, enough people read this site and the optics would be just terrible.
Many, if not most of the more notable #metoo accusations were cast from a place of anonymity, so that should be a problem as long as they are legit accusations.
Great. Two juvenile d~uchebags sharing their thoughts.
Bwahahaha! Go for it boys!
There’ll be a run on Tic Tacs up on the executive floors! 😜
Well said. John Gotti, the Teflon Don, however did finally have his day of reckoning. May they have their’s here also.
