To get us out of this mess. Let him bring on his own management team that knows toys and design. It’s the only hope for Mattel.

before mattel could have licensed fortnite it would have gone up through 10 people, 4 finance studies, 57 powerpoints, 120 meetings, just to say we'll get back to you.
NO ONE AT MATTEL CAN MAKE A DECISION TO SAVE THE COMPANY. NO ONE IS EMPOWERED. NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE SO NOTHING HAPPENS.
Mattel should have licensed Fortnite. That is all children do. My son wanted a $10 stuffed llama piñata and used his money to buy it. There’s product tied to tech, you just have take your garage spirit into the streets and get sh** done.
Leaving AG was the greatest risk I took—I was benefit strapped and now i have worse benefits, but more pay and no more panic attacks at the Draconian doll hell. Walmart has an Italian Esque doll fountain with birds for $20. Competitors don’t just have cheaper product, they have cooler cheaper product and your low budget off brand ugly 18” cousin doll is worth it for the 75 cool accessories you can’t get too for the price of one AG doll with a angel face...
Also as I child of late 80s/ early 90s: I managed to burn out Super Mario Brothers on my NES and give all my 1000 barbies haircuts and shoe changes equally...tech is not the only factor...
Isaac is a wedge. The simplest tool there is.
I like the Sears idea. I think that math could work!
Mattel should sell the IP then sell the rest of the company to the guy who owns Sears. He's an expert at winding down a company for every last penny until there's nothing left but a corpse.
Isaac is a tool, a dull one
To the person who posted this
Buying and then shutting down a company the size of Mattel would be a very expensive to get ones hands on Mattel's IP.
Mattel shares are in the dumpster. The value of the company have dropped over 10 billion in 5 years. The organization is worth a fraction of the value of the IP. Whether it's Isaac Larian or a ventue capital company mathematically it's a simple decision.
Sell the IP get rid of an aged, incompetent and toxic organization ruled by ego and ineptitude.
Think before you post next time #amateur

He should buy Mattel and close it down. Take the IP. Isn't that exactly what YNot wants as well???
The guy who markets those whorish Bratz dolls at preteens
Who the hell is isaac?
Is that really it? Mattel lost the war to Apple, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Netflix, and YouTube. I go to my family reunions, and the kids spend all their time on phones, video games, and maybe some board games and basketball. Toys aren't part of it at all. No wonder Toys R Us went under.
