not to split hares but technically OP is right. There have been minor changes due to reorg of some groups but those resources are getting redirected to new openings. I'm not a WARN purists but most of the grumbling has been from otherwise reasonable changes due to a nimble growing business.
They should go ahead and delete this OP. It’s voted -18 and has no factual basis.
seems like OP is right. other than a few hundred worthless people fired this month THERE IS NO LAYOFFS jerkoffs so stop the negativity you're causing stress at work.
I no llonger work there, but how about someone man up at the all hands and challenge the leaders to provide transparency on how many people have been let go. How many due to the mandate, and how many due to synergies, etc.

I can promise you…without a doubt…this is NOT true. There will be more layoffs.
T-Mobile will be “rewarded” for these layoffs after quarterly earnings and stock price jumps…then it will be a repeated cycle.
In an industry with 125% penetration there are two options: innovate or cut expenses. Innovation ceased with merger, so you are left with squeezing margins. Headcount (you, if you are still there) are one of the largest expense categories the company has. Being payed off or kept has nothing to do with competency it’s about layers of expense being stripped to drive stock price.
You figure it out.
