What will demotivate me even more than RTO itself is if I notice that some favorites have been given exemptions from it. I wish that wouldn't happen, but I'm pretty sure it will...

Soon you will learn how the country club works
We need details on the exemption process from SLT and our own leaders. What is the criteria? What is the process to request an exemption? It’s just another piece of the unbaked plan of having us RTO.
I wonder if executives will return to office like they want everyone else to do or get exemptions and work remotely?
Seems like the newbies early in their careers would benefit more from the office so they can learn the world of work and company culture. Managers and executives would also work from the office to teach them, and because they're the only ones so excited about the return to office. Everyone else could work remotely, because that makes the most sense.
My investment income rivals what they pay me in salary.
I'm still anticipating what I'm going to do. I may actually fire the corporation.
Those who play the age (younger) and protected class cards will be allowed mostly remote work. Those who are perceived to have no options outside of GM (older folks) will be forced in 100%. Maybe they can telecommute 1x / month.
There will be pressure on folks hopped on as remote only.
All locals are forced (more experienced also) while newbie remote hires are enjoying the freebies.
Sounds real nice way to enforce "collaboration"
Count on the same people who enjoy next to no work getting exemptions.
There were people in my group that were rarely seen before c0vid when we were to work in office a minimum of three days. I don’t expect that to change - at all!
I expect a lot of drama, including non-favorites who are confronted for being invisible. Imagine the shenanigans.
