We recently got a new store manager last month who is only 24 and clueless. OMG!!

Maybe he thought it was a c-o-n-d-o-m.
“No I in team” is a philosophy invented by bad managers. When they don’t care that one person works and five don’t as long as job’s done. If that one dares to question what the heck is that, he gets “ No I in team” or gets shamed as a “not a team player “. Real team is all about an Individual contribution and Individual accountability. So there is I in team. This kind of team impossible without strong, smart and fair leader. That’s why we don’t see it often.
But there is an “I” in my paycheck, I don’t get paid extra for doing his work too.
Help him out? There is no I in team.
