It would be great if instead of everyone going beyond the company actually had objectives to produce quality vehicles.
The GTH was a complete circus and sh*show lead by the clown 🤡 JF. Total waste of time. Absolutely worthless and meaningless without any substance. I can’t believe these senior leaders can even do this for an hour straight. Embarrassing and painful to watch and listen. Do they really know how badly their wordsalads sound to smart workers? And #FJF too !!!
Doug Field is an !d!0T, presented nothing but jibberish. Once again, NO roadmap, strategy, plan to execute. There is NO transformation. Every OEM has successful EVs on the market - read successful - NO RECALLS, Batteries that don't fail, leadership that's accountable. Ford stock has junk status, thanks to Farley. No layoffs were discussed PEP/ PIPs are used instead. Please shut the a-s-kissing design thinking brown nosers up. We produce vehicles, NOT decks of bu11sh!t on post it notes. Really sad and pathetic what was once a great company reduced to garbage.
NYT, WSJ, someone PLEASE expose the truth at Ford and help save this company.

What I found odd is no mention of the Dion dude. Chief Transformation Officer or whatever. Makes me wonder if the BoD forced that guy on JF because they finally woke up.

A great town hall today. One of the best and possibly my favorite. Doug Field had the spotlight and delivered the key moments of the discussion. No mention of layoffs. More details of the company transformation and exactly how it will deliver results.

Here is a rating for my LL5. Self involved, good ol’ boy network, doesn’t know how to lead a team for sh-t, plays favorites and doesn’t care about employee development. Actually frowns on employees who take initiative to develop self.

I was hoping for more. Transparency around headcount reductions. What areas? How many? When? Severance package? Voluntary then non?

What the heck are they trying to accomplish with this Ford OS Behaviors? Same sh-t different day. Sounds like they wasted a sh-t load of time. If the friends and family plan isn’t changed, none of it matters. Break them up, then see how they act. Take the blinders off and let their true colors show.

Ratings for leaders should be anonymous and go from the bottom up. The buddy system as it stands today doesn’t allow for radical candor.
