Employers like Qualcomm are ideally looking for an employee:
who has the wisdom of a 50 year old,
the experience of a 40 year old,
the drive of a 30 year old,
and the pay scale of a 20 year old.
I stole this from Facebook (it was for another company,) but I think this was as perfect as it can get for what Qualcomm is expecting from its employees right now.
