Qipl is most corrupt and inefficient group lead by incompetent VPs who survive due to their buddy relationship with Software SVP .Count number of principles and directers and above in ph. Everyone see how little they do except collect status and call for reviews when VPs from SD visit .very corrupt and Hr teams take a lots of bribes from recruiters, vendors providing temp workers .facilities more worse .pray that many of these are layedoff and not protected in name of geoshifting .these ineffciient and corrupt people should layoff before doing geoshifting .scared engineers will be happy to see bad directers and VPs can also be punished in qipl .best ones left already

I could name a few but what's the point? Every team has strong and not so strong members. Just hope management does selection fairly this time and saves the company future

A huge part works on pie-in-the-sky projects which have little relevance to company strategy. Bloated with Phds.
@pqc if facilities is the most organized group QC is in a lot of trouble. They put $250,000 in marble tile into a project that was a mechanical only space hint the time never went in there that had to hide it from another project that was way over budget. Talk about hiding money, where it goes, and being under handed, no candor, etc etc etc it's facilities. Their VP has no credentials or training to be a VP here just kissed the right donkeys you know what and he was promoted. He was a maintenance tech when he started at QC never had any other education to get to VP level hence his need to play she'll games with money, real estate, etc. Best of luck.

HR/ER As both of these heartless people gave up caring about people years ago. God forbid you have a legit claim because they will absolutely NOT protect you. The higher the title the more coverage one gets.
Qpsi - product security team. It is ridiculously large team without doing any meaningful work, e.g., product-level coding. Most of their effort is to show off/look smart without doing any real work and avoiding any responsibility. Count how many high positions are there (so many directors) who are doing nothing other than political fight. Product security team existence itself is ridiculous. Other companies abandoning this kind of team making dev team wholly responsible for product security.
