Non-impacted Alteryx employee here.
They may have laid people off by 1:1 meetings, but they immediately shut down peoples’ email and Teams access and completely cut them off. Didn’t allow people to send good-bye messages to colleagues. Brutal.
11% is 330 people total. A number of SVPs and VPs in the marketing, partner and product orgs were affected, and pretty much every team in Marketing across the company. Some sales people as well. Both longtime and short time employees, and many high performers.

As reported in results today, Alteryx is still growing significantly. Alteryx could have done more, much more, to weather the economic storm and take care of its employees, but chose instead a path of layoffs. Those of us who remain will not forget this any time soon.
Corporate leadership once again has proven that they talk a nice game, but in reality don’t even come close to walking the talk and doing the right thing by employees.
