In my eight years of working there we were never allowed to vote on potential team members. We were told that it was simply a "formality". #wholefoodsmarket #TeamWFM

Every time I feel like I'm overreacting to what's going on in my store, and my region, I read something like this and it just reaffirms the sickness that pervades this company and has made it ill and is killing it. Really depressing to think about.
They need to change that term "stakeholder" to stockholder,because that is who pulls the strings in this company..team members are viewed as part time expendables now

Note that the Core Values are not numbered, as none is more important than another and all are important as a whole.
so sad the above statement sums it up for TM's! TM Happiness is obviously at the Bottom of their list!!!
