So…. WWKO is virtual and Leadership Summit is in person in Vegas for 2 days…. Who thought that was a good idea? Great message to the company.

Free trips to Vegas don’t seem bad at all. Why the fuss?
Hey VMware leadership folks, go sc--w yourself!
Vegas has great thrift stores, it is like Magoo going to his dream 5th Avenue.
As someone who would have made the cut for the ‘leadership’ thing had I not already resigned I completely agree - in fact it was the last straw for me. Completely ridiculous decision in terms of ongoing (lack of) motivation. But I think a J-P vanity project rather than a Ragoo one. Also Vegas on a Friday afternoon is ok for most of us, but honestly pretty selfish for folks in Europe and APAC because getting home will steal their weekends. #firstworldproblem I guess but it ain’t all roses.
My senile grandmother could lead this company better than Magoo without a trip to Vegas.
What in the F?
Let’s kick everyone when they are down shall we? Terrible judgement from terrible people.
I guess they are learning the Hock way.
Welcome to the future of VMware.
Thanks Dell, Silver Lake, and Hock! You all make me believe again that some people are just greedy a$$holes through and through.
$kumbags
Hock will put a complete stop to WWKO, RADIO and other in person conferences. Just sad that WWKO 2019 will be the last in person event.
At the current rate of departures, we will have no leaders left by the time of WWKO. It will just be Raghu in a crumpled shirt, telling a bunch of bloodshot eyed gamblers, and drunk college kids, about how VMware has one product, and to always focus on the "main thing"
The signs of failed leadership have been there all along. These aren’t good people. Just the awful ones remain.
