I got canned back in July. Selfish Bass terds is what is in upper management. However it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I’ve more bonuses in 3 months at new job than I ever did a BBB. Merry Christmas and good luck

The reality is that this company does not appreciate it's associates at all. They are taken for granted and not treated well. There is no support or help left and everyone is stressed and exhausted. The reward for being loyal and hard working is little or no raise and down the road you will be laid off so the company can save money to hire more vice presidents.

Same c-ap they do every year when sales are down. We really would like you to spend money to save our rear ends.

The Employee appreciation is a nice thing except when you're an employee and have to throw it together. And especially when it was at the last minute added to everything else we have to do now.
It is a nice thought but the employees shouldn't have had to handle the Employee Appreciation.

Same at our location....how about offering some stability, and better yet a bonus check.

And I'm so sick of all these employee "call outs " it makes working even worse!!
