Annual raises are coming you work your a– off and the highest you get is 1%. Yet Tenet made 399 million in 2020. Tenet and Conifer don’t care about their employees. Run as fast and as far away as your can. Directors and above will look you straight in the face and lie to you.

When a company tells management to lie to employees and coworkers to lie to each other, that should tell you something about the class of leadership.

Ron Rittenmyer and Sidekick Saum are shady and care nothing for employees. Community built on care... community built on corruption! Their hand picked lackies- Lisa Foo, Sandy Karmaan, Margorie Arion are just as bad. The only comfort is that there has to be a special place in Hell reserved for that group. I’m sure I’ve omitted part of the gang.
The lies and deceit will continue. More jobs will be going to the Philippines than they let on. It’s funny how they like to stress that the Philippine employees aren’t contracted, but are actually Tenet employees. Should that make people losing their jobs here feel better? Also, it seems they forgot to tell the Philippine employees that they were displacing the people who trained them. Many of them were shocked to find that out recently. Pretty c-appy.
Tenet can and should do better.

They're making us create job aids and host training sessions with our replacements. All while on an hours reduction. They haven't even made a company wide announcement but expect us who are training to keep quiet. My coworker asked me the other day why my status was presenting for so long and I was told to lie to her. The secrecy makes me feel like something big will happen and there will be the biggest layoffs we've ever seen.

Now this past week they’ve announced terminations and furloughs that number into the 10%. Just when you think this corporation sets a new bar for low, they manage to outdo themselves yet again.

This might save $$$ in the short run but it will eventually trickle down to patient care. Mark my words.
