Heard about this site, lots of justified complaints and some trolling. Thought I’d add some constructive feedback on bringing people back into office. Now I know old school says “it’s your job get back in and work”, but those times are behind us... — read more

Any word on when the new dynamic schedule will be released for September? The 900 SMT bldg is completely full each week and that’s with less than half of the full staff located at SMT. Some have said the powers at be for each organization are... — read more
The culture is ruined
Mental health is priceless and the stress here is huge so I'm looking forward to leaving. The culture that used to be and the culture here now - are they even comparable? It seems to me that this is now just a shadow of the place it used to be. — read more
Nepotism is rampant here
The amount of nepotism here is disgusting with people in senior roles hiring their kids as directors out of school knowing nothing. I'm submitting my resignation this week for much better, I'm done making Abby's pockets fatter as the rest of us are... — read more
Stop the "games"
My team is clearly looking to promote someone, and that's their prerogative, which I understand. However, they're resorting to playing games and using underhanded tactics to "promote" this person. It's becoming incredibly frustrating because... — read more
VBO This Year?
Two people in management roles in my org said they “heard” there will be another VBO this year. I don’t buy it. We are still reeling from the last VBO and people are taking lateral moves to get out of our group. Backlogs are insane. Anyone hear... — read more
How long before Abby does something about tech
For all of the talk of stopping anti digital things at fidelity, it seems like we keep putting leaders like RD, BM, EE, MG, MS, RS etc into these roles that will lead the company from the mess they all created. That coupled with all of the... — read more

Thank you gift from HR for going back to the office
Who got the thank you gift from BA for good participation in return to office? Some Boston people in my team received it while others who were fully compliant with return to office requirements did not get it.
New manager every year forever.
Can you imagine if Fidelity purposefully switched up CEOs every year for the next decade? New business direction, new company purpose, new budget, etc, every year? I'm asking because I've had a new manager more times than my years of service at... — read more
HR Verbal Warnings
HR is forcing Directors to give verbal warnings they deem warranted regarding Dynamic Week attendance issues. Maybe some are justified, I don’t know. September should be interesting!!

Sept Dynamic Changes
Anyone in SMT hear anything about what changes will come to Dynamic once we hit September? I don’t know how they will fit people into 900 if we’re going back anywhere near full time. And FREC said we won’t have a presence in 500 some time soon. Just... — read more

Cloud, Crypto, AI or Digital
Fidelity is expanding in 4 major areas to play catch-up with the industry: Cloud, Crypto, AI and Digital. Question is, if they had to cut one of the above, which would it be? My vote is crypto first and then slow down AI progress.
