Pay cuts and 'voluntary' unpaid time off. How is moral likely to be going forward? Can lack of money and bad moral kill a company?

Bain Capital has a long history of rebuilding bad companies into good ones. Dunkin donuts and dominoes pizza are 2 examples. Of course, Bain cleaned house in both instances, but they also are strong companies once again.
