That's a fallacy about online, open-book exams. I have classes in which half the students fail the online, open-book exams. I have to provide lots of tutoring with regard to subject-matter and test-taking.

They aren't going to lose funding. CCI will figure out some way the score was wrong and they will keep funding. CCI is the teflon don of for-profit schools. Nothing sticks.
