I believe if the DOE is investigating thats why they issued subponeas. I know I have reported some questionable practices.

Hey I see that cci lost a million dollars in the 3rd quarter. We have been looking for it so far and havent found it. I was hoping it was under my desk but to no luck.

Heald College is having another layoff.

In Florida it has been a quiet, slow but steady trimming of staff. How it relates to a plan is hard to predict. During the past few years they have been emphasizing the need to cut expenses. That translates into less employees.
