Our dept was recently restructured , merged with another small dept. Has anyone gone through this and know how long afterwards they did layoffs for the dept after restructuring

From what I hear, another round of RIF's is coming the week of 1/20/20. I think it's a pay week. They are going to keep those RIF's going with a small number at a time during 2020 to avoid WARN notices.

Beware upward feedback
Nothing is anonymous at AIG. Anything you say will be traced to you and used against you. The managers can figure out the wording used in surveys and trace abck to you. Do not believe a word HR says, or you will regret it.
